Alex's talents and skills have been recognised by his well deserved promotion as Asst Manager of Microsoft Support.

Alex has also done superb work in Home Support as one of the moderators. I have asked Alex, and he has accepted to be the Assistant Manager of Home Support as well as Microsoft Support.

Thank you Alex. Congratulations again.
