Obviously, the colors associated with various member names must indicate different staff positions/roles, as they do on other tech support forums.

I have never been able to get the legend for same to appear under the list of logged on users under any browser, and I must admit that it's begun driving me crazy that I have no idea what colors represent what (and it's strictly my own curiosity, and nothing else).

If someone happens to have a list of "color to role" would you mind posting it? I am doubting that the legend itself is going to automagically appear at any point in the very near future.

These are the ones I've seen, pulled from the list of Forum Leaders.

Red = global moderator
Purple = Manager
Dark purple = Administrator
Green-ish= Games team
Pink-ish = Microsoft MVP
Not sure about color (orange?) = Security Analyst team
Not sure about color = Security Analyst colleague (not official team member I believe)
Brown = TSF Supporter (donation?)
Blue-ish = TSF Enthusiast
Dark blue = Microsoft team

Any moderators that aren't red are local moderators.

There are most likely some missing, but the ones listed are the ones I've seen most often or were easy to spot.

The legend display does exist and used to be visible. I think it may have been switched off by admin (VS?) at some point. Not sure why, perhaps during investigation of some issue with the forum software.

The list of Forum Leaders in Post #2, hasn't been updated since Fred Flintstone left Bedrock. There are other lists available that are up to date, but only staff available.
