I just now ran into the same problem as the user in below thread.

I tried changing my email address, because i switched from yahoomail.

But after entering my new email address in both textboxes, only the RESET-FIELDS button was usable (not the SAVE-CHANGES) button.

I don't feel like changing to a new password, but rather wish to keep the one i've been using for a long long time, and which was/is 8-characters, without all the rules & regulations.

It's stating that password-change is Optional (or isn't it)? I successfully changed my email address at various sites already, including banks, with no issues, so i can't understand why there's issues here.

When you say switched from Yahoo, are you saying a new provider? If so, just set up the account there.

I completely missed the point. If it's what Wrench is saying and you want to change your PW after changing your Email at TSF the new rules state the PW must:
Must be at least 10 characters
Must contain lower-case characters
Must contain upper-case characters
Must contain numbers
Must contain symbols
