From what I can see in the Mod panel you have not been blocked/banned from this site. You are a normal Registered User.

Please post a screenshot of the error message you are seeing.

Also, see if you are able to attach the logs rather than posting them.

FRST logs can be rather long, and it could just be that the log length exceeds the forum's post size limit.

The first question that comes to mind is "Did you start a new thread?" Any post to an existing thread will be blocked unless you are the person who started it......you have to be the Original Poster.
