Hello everyone.. I need ur help with my macbook air.. When i start it it freezes on loading screen.. And when i try to boot it (command+r) it shows me a lock and a password bar.... So i cant access boot either... What should i do?? Please help mee..

Sounds like you have some type of corruption in your OS.

Unfortunately, it seems you also have a Firmware lock password protecting you from getting into Recovery Mode to fix this. You need to know that password in order to proceed.

When you see a lock on the screen on boot up that is a Firmware password. This is common with companies who want to protect their data incase the machine is stolen. Firmware is a password on the logic board and impossible to crack unless you know the password. There is only one option for you and that is to go to an Apple store and they have proprietary software that can unlock it for you. If its reported stolen then won't. Good luck!!
