My Apple MacBook Pro laptop monitor does not work properly, as there are black horizontal lines running across the screen when on!

how do I fix this problem?

If you alter the angle of the screen does it affect it ?

How long has the problem been going on? Do they change/disappear when changing angles/pressing on the part of the screen where the lines are? Any damage to the laptop?

usually a bad graphics card. They are soldered to the board.
