My screen of macbook pro retina display gives some strange sound, like a small part has fallen inside
And it knocks when I move the laptop right or left side.
( doesn't matter if it's switched on or off). I have never dropped or bumped the laptop.

Could you please tell me what's this?

There is no way for us to figure out what it could be over the internet. Since this is a physical/mechanical problem the only real way to find out what it is... would be to disassemble the unit.
