The Wife's iPad 2 has become Extremely Sensitive to the Touch, Jumps Ahead and so on.. Freezes Up to from time to time.. Which Setting would calm the Tide so to Speak ?? Help / Advise Appreciated, Cheers Thanks

There isn't a setting that would fix your issue. It seems to me like the device is starting to fail. Jumpy touch interface seems like hardware.

The iPad is 8 yrs Old , Have already had it into the local Apple Store a few years back..

Its probably only 5 years old.. since iPad 2 wasn't released until 3/2011 :-)

But none the less... based on the age... it is probably just hardware failure. The battery could be swelling a little at this point causing an issue, or a multitude of other possibilities.

Thanks for the Comeback.. Sorry my iPad is the iPad 2 since we purchased it new in 2011.. The problem iPad would be the Previous Model as it was purchased from an Airport Kiosk Vending Machine in 2008...lol... As I said previous we've already stood in line at the Apple Store a few years back..lol... Could be the Fat Finger Syndrome as well, not catching up..
