Weird texture shards in certain games

Hi everyone,

I have been having an issue with certain games, namely Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4 and most recently Star Wars Battlefront, where weird flickering texture shards pop up constantly. This problem was a slight nuisance in Battlefield 3 and 4 but when I tried to play Star Wars Battlefront it made the game hard to play.

The game runs completely fine and has a stable frame-rate. I thought it might have had something to do with my graphics-card, a GeForce GTX 660 Ti. So I ran a Firestrike test that nVidia uses themselves and got a score on par with their own score for the card. Seems to be nothing wrong with it except for the weird issue.

This looks like a driver problem. Which graphics driver version are you using, and have you tried any others?

Please post your full system specs, including the details from the PSU label (make, model, total watts, +12V amps), and the temperatures/voltages from BIOS and while running a fullscreen game.

If there's an option to run your games using an older DirectX version than DX12, do you get the same texture problems?
