Question

Hi All,

My company is providing us email on office 365 and we use Outlook 365 to access our email. we have the MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) enabled by the administrator.

I am able to configure my email account on Outlook for Mac, on my iPhone and my Android. I am also able to configure it on the standard Windows Mail client (I am using Windows 10).

On the other hand, I am not able to configure my account on my Outlook on my Windows 10. I am not even receiving the verification SMS that I receive when configuring it on all other devices that are mentioned above.

Any hint or help to get this solved as it is not practical to use Windows Mail?

Thanking you in advance.

Aziz

Are you trying to get and send personal mail on Outlook (Office Suite) and company mail on 365?

I am using the automatic configuration as outlook is supposed to be able to read it from office 365 (if I am not mistaken). I am following the same steps that I used to configure it on other devices including outlook on mac.

On Mac and mobile devices, I receive a vertification OTP to continue, but it is not the case on Windows 10.

Regards,

Aziz

I'm guessing you didn't do the 365 installation. Therefore: https://www.softwarepro.org/blog/con...-autodiscover/
