Outlook 2013 Address and subject fonts

These fonts are smaller than the body of the email and difficult to read. Is there a way to adjust the text used for them? This change seemed to have happened recently.

Changing the column and row font will not address my problem. It's in the subject line in the email itself. I've attached a screenshot.
