I have been using it on and off for quite some time. It's essentially like running the edge we have now combined with Chrome (because it is Chromium based). Not as many frills, still very quick, does the job, and will do the job for most normal users, which .. is what IE was about 10 years ago. Personally I like less. Sometimes less is more in a security sense.

Even though I've had the Beta on a computer for over a month, I just don't find it great. For daily use I'll stick to FF for now although I've got old and new Opera installed also.

Yes it's like way to little way too late. I get that. Might as well run the real full fledged Chrome. Firefox is a great alternative though and I hope that project stays alive.

well so far i am liking the new edge. seems to be faster i do not notice much of a differance from the old edge yet.
