Hi, Iím experiencing a problem accessing any website without a lock symbol on the address bar.I time out on any unsecured addresses. It started today, I tried deleting latest update, tried Microsoft edge, explorer, and fire fox.i can access google, but no sites from there.my laptops a HP 15-bs0xx.Its an intel i5-7200U [email protected] 2.5 GHz 2.70 GHz. 8 GB RAM,64 bit os,x64 based processor. It is a touch screen, but I doubt that has anything to do with it.Ive rebooted it, changed th time zone, cleared memory cache, website ,cookies data etc. I tried any suggestions I found online ( on a tablet) that didnít look too destructive. Softwares not my strongpoint. It does have Norton Security suite on it, never had a problem with that before now. The pcs less than 1 year old, ordered thru WalMart if that makes a difference. Have you run into this issue before ? Thanks for any input you may have. Frank Stokley
