Hi all,

This problem started mid oct i think...

running xp and ie7 stopped working after a windows update, had the same problem on my desktop but sorted it by removing the updates then re-updating. However I have the saem prob with FF and can't get it working on my desktop.



With my laptop I am getting:

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

What you can try:

I have unistalled numerous times and I am now getting real P'd with it. I am using OPERA at the min but want IE and FF back.

Any help would be much appreciated..

Been using Kaspersky, however I have now disabled it and taken my laptop offline.

Real pain in the ****...

Open up KAS firewall, find its program control, find IE and allow it.
Go The Power is offline
