Has this one come out? It's a Word file but the attachment keeps telling me it's an invalid file so I've tried cut/paste again. If I blow up the jpeg it's unreadable. If it hasn't I'll work it out somehow.

Hello again, blenkinsop. Only files with certain file extensions(bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd rar txt zip) are able to be attached.

You can always zip up a file and attach the zipped file:

Right-click the file, pic, etc. > Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder and attach the zipped file to your next reply.

Thanks for the pics. Please delete FRST64 from your desktop.

Re-download FRST64 to your desktop:

Please run FRST64 again(Scan) and attach the logs as you did before.

Hello again, blenkinsop. It appears you didn't post the second FRST log, Addition.txt, in your last reply.

Press the Windows "logo" key and "R" key then copy/paste the following single-line command into the Run box and click OK:

C:\Users\Stuart\Desktop\Addition.txt

A text file should open. Please copy/paste the contents of that file in your next reply.
