Suddenly i got problems with my laptop. Connection is ok but no interest acess. But mobile are working fine on same wifi. I checked proxy and lan settings all are ok. Uninstalled antivirus also not helping.
Is it possible due to viruses or spyware please help me.

Please download AdwCleaner from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Run AdwCleaner and select Scan
  • Once the Scan is done, select Clean
  • Once done it will ask to reboot, please allow the reboot.
  • On reboot, a log will be produced. It can also be found at C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[C#].txt
  • Please copy/paste the contents of the log in your next reply.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click FRST64 to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to the disclaimer.
  • Make sure the Addition.txt button is ticked.
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
  • The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Check for additional security risks:
  • Please download CKScanner© by askey127 and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click on CKScanner.exe and click Search For Files.
  • After a very short time, when the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File. You will be prompted, just click OK.
  • Post the contents of ckfiles.txt in your next reply. It is located on your desktop.

If necessary, download the tools to USB drive on another computer and transfer them to your desktop.

Not right now. I have tried once but not I'm using cs 7 genuine that is in trial period. But i have Uninstall that already. What should i do now?

I'm trying to create system recovery disc but error is shown disc could not be created The permeate is incorrect (0*80070057)

Hello again, Kumardeep19. Just skip the backup part for now. It was supposed to be done before running the FRST fix.

That last FRST fix didn't work. It appears you copied/pasted the contents of the codebox incorrectly.

You will have to do it again. When you create the fixlist.txt file, it should look exactly as it is listed below in the codebox.

Your fixlist had everything on only 3 lines. Each listed entry should be on a separate line as listed below.

Sir i have tried once again i hope i worked this time. Sending log in incloser. But internet problem is still existing.

Try installing another browser and see if you can connect with one of them:
