This image shows my XP Thunderbird.

My new profile is aimed at getting this information format when I switch from normal to the XP profile.

If this is not what is going to happen, I am wasting my time.

IF you're hoping for assurances/guarantees before you actually DO anything, then we're wasting each other's time! IF importing the XP profile (saved in its entirety on the flash drive) is successful, you should see exactly what is in your screenshot.

@Stancestans

I followed your instructions to the letter and it worked perfectly.
i called the new profile XP EMAILS and it appeared on the Profile Manager like magic.
When I selected it and opened Thunderbird, my entire XP mailing list was there,
the old Thunderbird mails and the imported OE mails.

JOB DONE !! To successfully complete my XP salvage of data. No more left now, all transferred over to Win 10.

Thank you a million for your detailed help, without it I would never have done the Thunderbird job.
Most grateful to you and I wish you a Very Happy New Year.

The new Win 10 Thunderbird XP profile format is as the image below, exactly the mirror image of my old XP Thunderbird.
My desktop shortcut to the profile manager makes it a doddle to switch.

Thread is - PROBLEM SOLVED.
