Thunderbird & Email Server, "Timed Out"

Question

Thunderbird 52.6.0 email, I get this error message is "att server timed out" What gives and how can I fix this? Thank you. Windows 10 computer.

If you always get it, check your SMTP settings. If occasionally, their server is temporarily busy.
