Is this type of message e-mail from One Drive authentic ?-

Since it didn't mention my name or anything. I thought it was some type of phishing scam, or something.

But later after loading this page instead of clicking the hyperlink in the e-mail, to be safe.-

https://onedrive.live.com

It said-

Unfreezing your files.

It could take up to 24 hours to unfreeze your account.


So I assume it was a legitimate e-mail from One drive.


But why does it need to take 24 hours to unfreeze it ?
