wsappx using 90% of CPU

I'll had an issue that wsappx takes all the cpu of one core. Approximately every 10 minutes or so, wsappx goes from using almost 90% CPU power using for 1-2 minutes.
I would appreciate some help resolving the issue.

WSAPPX actually Windows Store program that is trawling your computer for all installed apps. You may follow these steps to solve it:
At first go to Control Panel.
Look for hte Administrative Tools.
Then Select Computer Management then Services,
Windows Store Service "Provides infrastructure..."
"Manual (Trigger Start)" "Local System"
Now you may disable it.
