You have two HDD's on the Lenovo computer.
Disk 0 is your internal HDD and Disk 1 is a USB Drive. Disk 1 has 500 GB's of Unallocated Space?
To install Windows to Disk 0, you can delete the first 3 partitions, you will be left with Unallocated Space, now highlight that Unallocated Space and Press Next. Windows will create new partitions and Format them during the install.
In reality, you can delete all of the partitions on Disk 0 the other partitions are to recover the computer to Factory Settings if you can't boot, but since you are doing a Clean Install, it won't matter.

Doing a Completely Clean (Re)install of Windows 10 Using Media Creation Tool to Create Bootable Win10 Install Media on a USB Thumb Drive

Ideally, the only drive (ignoring the USB install media) that should be connected is the drive on which the OS is to be installed. All external drives should absolutely be unplugged.
