When I do a RESTART on Windows 10 It requires a password even though I have "NEVER" checked in Settings. How do I delete the password requirement?

If there never was one, just hit "Enter".

To automatically login to Windows with seeing the login screen.
Once logged in Press the Windows key+R. In the Run Box type netplwiz and press Enter. Highlight your User Account and Uncheck the box that says User must enter a user name and password to use this computer. Click Apply
It will prompt you with your User name and the Password field twice, if no Password, leave it blank and press OK. Restart the computer and it should load directly to Windows with no login screen.
