You appear to be trying to print a folder rather than a document. Separate your .doc from the folder.

I'm not sure what you mean. I never had this folder window come up before when I select print. It is asking for a name.

Scroll down in the .jpeg you posted. You might find the file there or in Pictures or just search for it by name.

It's called sudoku.jpeg. If you can't do anything else, just use the Snipping Tool, then print it.

Screenshots of every steps might help you better as we are not in front of your computer. Like go to site for your puzzle. When you find puzzle you want you should be able to print that page. If not you might have printer properties set to to print to folder. I would check your printer setup.

OK, as Oscar said, you'll have to go to Devices and Printers in your Control Panel and see which Printer you have checked as default.

That's not a solution. See if your Printer Driver(s) is(are) out of date.

Agreed. In the era of Windows as a Service the users of Windows 10 must update to one of the supported Versions on an ongoing basis.

I've posted Britechguy’s Standard “Windows 10 Revival Script” on this very forum and I stand by it. It mentions the possibility of driver issues as well, but in the case of a driver that has been working under Windows 10 I've never seen one stop working under a later version of Windows 10.
