Ok, restart using the power button, check if you're able to go to the BIOS with the keyboard.. This will help us isolate if the keyboard is working pre-boot or not..

I can access bios by pushing f2 on the keyboard.

Ok, so the keyboard and mouse work.. Now comes the million$ question..

Any chance you used Driver Easy, IOBit, Advanced care, blabla mechanic etc or any such application recently or frequently ?
