Speedtest says no internet but, I
Are you connected by an Ethernet Wire to your Router, or are you connected by WiFi?
If WiFi, how far away from the Router are you?
Are there any large metal objects blocking the way between you and the Router like a Refrigerator or file cabinet ?
Right click your internet connection icon by the clock in the lower right hand side and choose Troubleshoot connection.
Try a different cable, try a different Ethernet port on the router.
Unplug the Router, and wait a few seconds then plug it back in. (Power Cycle) Wait 5 minutes for all of the lights to come on in the router, then try the internet again.
If you continue to have problems, contact your ISP to test the lines.
