In puirsuit of some slow page loads in Chrome I ran IPConfig and got this message (attached). In a Technet discussion post, there was a comment that these are not errors. I'm connected to the Internet through a cable to my router and the connection is good.

In a Microsoft page, I got suggested fixes but if it's not broken I won't bother to fix it.

By the way, I eventually found a recommendation to clean the Chrome cache which none of the cleaning programs seem to do and that helped.

Your computer has more then one internet connection. All this message is saying, is that the other connections are not connected. As long as your one Ethernet connection is working your good to go, nothing to fix here.

If I'm using a cable connection should I disable the Wi-FI adapter or leave it?
I can't think of why I would need a WI-FI connection to my phone.

The WiFi connection is to connect to your Router if the router is too far away to use a cable. Not your phone. You don't need to Disable the WiFi connection, just don't connect to your Router from Available WiFi Connections. If it bugs you you can press the Windows key+R and type ncpa.cpl and press Enter. right click the WiFi adapter and choose Disable.
