so i'm about to install 2 games that together take up almost 200 gb. this is unacceptable. however i remember hearing about a program that is designed to make games smaller by removing the extra sound files for other languages. and somehow that makes the entire thing like 30 percent smaller. ofc i have no idea what that's called, so i'm here asking y'all for help. how do you suggest i make these things a bit more reasonable in size?

The names of the games would help others help you.

Not sure of any programs to get rid of unwanted language files, but in the past I have eliminated them by first creating a text file with the same name, then change the name of the original file and then change the extension of the new file to match.
Example: Rename "originalfile.whatsit" to "1original file.whatsit" and rename the empty text file to "originalfile.whatsit"

Test the game or program, then if it works as it should you can delete the original file and free up that space.

This https://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free helps to show you what's taking up space in an easy to understand hierarchical tree.
