Here's how I tried but couldn't get it.

Right click on blank space of taskbar > select "tools" > select "touch keyboard icon."*

This adds the emoji icon tray on taskbar. But it doesn't open when I click on it. Any suggestions on what to do so I can use the emoji icons?

Some tutorials say emoji key is next to spacebar. But I don't see it here. The only keys I can see are 'ctrl, fn, windows key and alt.'

Right click on the Taskbar, select Show Touch Keyboard. an On Screen Keyboard icon appears on the taskbar next to the clock. click this. The OSK comes up, click the Emoji Icon to the right of the CTRL key on the OSK.
