We'd have to......I would think.

At least we sent a few A-10's.......no better aircraft for the job.

But A-10's are not fully effective without AF personnel either JTACs or CCTs on the ground providing targets for the pilots... in fact besides strategic bombings, anything tactical or CAS requires our guys on the ground...

Need to rely on the other guys to provide targets....for what that's worth.....

Instead of taking out a few vehicles in a convoy you can get the whole bunch.......and stick around to make sure your job was finished. One or two missiles won't work.......kinda like clearing out a rat's nest with a BB gun and letting the rest escape.

No need for military action . . GOP to the rescue . . .

Trump will preach to them about the virtues of widespread gun ownership . . The subsequent loss of several hundred children a year to senseless gun violence will harden the French to atrocities like they one they just suffered.

Bush will help them understand that "Stuff happens" . .

Carson will take a hammer and knife to Syria and wipe them out in no time flat.

Tedward will teach the French how to set their hair on fire whenever anything happens that they do not like.
