Hi It says that the laptops are intel celeron. You don't happen to know how to find out how much GHZ it is?

*-IF-* it's the "Intel® Celeron Dual Core N2830 Processor" as seen on this Dell "Inspiron 15 (Intel®) Laptop" page, then according to Intel, it runs at a base frequency of 2.16 GHz with a burst frequency of 2.41 GHz.

I bought a new Windows 8.1 laptop (HP Split X2) back in March 14 and have been getting pop ups telling me my media player, flash, or adobe is out of date and need to be updated. The browser would then download a file automatically to my hard drive. I get the same issue in Chrome, Firefox, & I.E....
