Hi!
I have never known this problem before so it's a bit of a puzzle for me. I cant save files anymore, and I can't reach files that are already saved either. What should I do? The message that comes up is "C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Documents is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on the network, make sure you're connected to the network or the internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted.
Hope there's someone who can help me.
I have a cat that likes to take walks across the keyboard from time to time, and I'm afraid he might've pushed the wrong buttons.

In this situation, I would do a system restore.....using a restore point from an early time.

To a point prior to the issue, so the last time you could do the actions you cannot do now.

Ok, thank you for your advice, but I went to the start button and did a search for it, and nothing came up. I also searched within the control panel.. no luck.

To restore your PC to an earlier point in time

Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, then tap Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the top-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, then click Search.)

Enter Control Panel in the search box, then tap or click Control Panel.

Enter Recovery in the Control Panel search box, then tap or click Recovery.

Tap or click Open System Restore, then follow the instructions.
