I have a Samsung Galaxy Fame mobile phone and for years have used the the Android App to make cheap telephone calls through the Keep Calling (VoiP) company based in Atlanta, USA.

I recently upgraded my Internet service to the much faster Fibre but can no longer connect to Keep Calling using the same phone and app via the new router in my house. When I try to log into Keep calling I briefly see the message offline, followed by connecting and there it ends. The connecting message stay forever and I never log in.

The strange thing is that using the same phone, I can easily log in through other wifi routers. I see the message offline, followed by connecting and literally within a few seconds online and can make calls. I can do this with public wifi hotspots that offers a connection one third the speed of the one in my house!

I wondered if any Android users who are also Keep Calling customers have experience anything similar and found a solution. I reckon there is something in the router stopping the connection. Any help would be appreciated.

I would recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider to see if they could assist on what may be blocking the connection to Keep Calling.
