Hi,

The ringer on this Galaxy 4 shuts off all by itself.

My wife checks to see if it's on and on max.

Then I call or text and she doesn't hear it, because when she checks her phone the volume is all the way down.

Keeps on happening over and over.

Any simple solutions for this?

Mark

Sounds like an application is editing your sound. Check any recently installed apps.

Thanks guys.
Yes I checked both suggestions.
None seemed to apply.

Looks like a reset when I find time!

Have a good one
