I can't find an Android Forum or and Android Emulator forum in the Windows forum, so I'm posting here. Moderators: please direct me to the correct discussion.

Having recently been introduced to Google's photo editing app Snapseed, I wanted to try it out on my desktops, firstly under windows 10. I'm using the Android emulator BlueStacks; Snapseed loads and runs but is unable to see or open any raw or .dng file. There doesn't appear to be a viable support forum for Snapseed. Has anybody else on this forum successfully used Snapseed in this way?
