Hey guys,

So I'm preparing my old Oneplus One for sale, but I'm having some troubles.
I want to delete everything on it, so I encrypted it and made a factory reset. It seems all settings and apps has been deleted, but all my files are still there (pictures, downloads etc). All guides I find says a factory reset should delete everything.

My ROM is BlissPop 4.0.3 which is Android version 5.1.1. I have TWRP installed if that's any help.

What can I do to make it ready for sale?

OS: Windows10. In the past CP/M, DOS, Windows 95, 2000, 98SE, ME, Vista & Windows 7

My System

The reset deleted all personal stuff, but a "pro" can still get at it. When you say your files are still there, can you open them or decrypt?

Apparently my personal files are not deleted at all.

Well the phone says it is encrypted, however I can see all files no problem, and the same when I plug it into my computer.

Internet Explorer Loads & Uses Tons of Memory
Internet Explorer runs on it's own--in the background--and uses tons of memory. This is similar to a problem that a user named MalusCalibur had back in 2008. IE loads up and runs from 30K and climbs to anywhere from 100-300K of Memory. I've quelled this problem by constantly having Windows...

Hi, I recently had the windows 7 antivirus virus that blocks .exes, and I successfully managed to get rid of the fake antivirus popups and reenabled .exes. However, it has left a file named DWH3C07.tmp in my (user)/appdata/local/temp folder that microsoft security essentials, and symantec have...

Hello forum. I have a month-old Dell Inspiron N7010 Core i5 460M with 6 gigs of ram running on Windows 7. Until recently, it has been starting up in about 75 seconds. However, out of nowhere, it suddenly began starting up in between 2 and a half minutes to 3 minutes. I am completely baffled,...
