Router heats up

Since i didnt see any post here to do with routers iwill just try it here

i bout a Asus N56U - works great for range but it serious get hot

i have the airadar on

but aside from that every is jus a basic set up during the only one device is connected but it get very hot with that alone

any advice

cuz right now i am thinking about a cooler master jetflow 120 mm fan to run from inside my pc to outside and try to cool it down

I don't know that particular product - However, routers do get hot
Maybe not to the extent you are talking about, perhaps a call to the ASUS Support team, as its new OR the retailer you purchased from
