Hi pastaman06,

Let's troubleshoot your D-Link dir 615. Verify that all network cables are plugged in to the right ports. Cable Modem's network cable needs to be plugged in the Router's WAN or Internet Port, all LAN Ports can be used for any network devices including computers. Unplug all of them for now and do a complete Power Cycle.

After the Power Cycle, from any computers that connected to the LAN Port of the router, please provide an ipconfig /all.
Open up a command prompt then Copy and Paste these
ipconfig /all >c:\ipconfig.txt Please attach the .txt file to be found in your Local Disk 'C' in your next post.

Post an update please.

Click on Start and type cmd, choose run as Admin up to the top, then try the commands again.

The ipconfig /all doesnt' seems to be coming from the router. Were you wired directly to the Modem when you did this?

Also, in Post# 2, did you verify all the connections?
