To answer your question straight, learn the following markup languages:
- html, the foundation
- css, the design

For the rest, the data processing and the interaction:
- javascript, the interaction
- php, data processing,
- c#, data processing,
- python, data processing,
- c, data processing,
- c++, data processing,
- java, data processing

Any of the data processing languages will fit your needs, however, only php is solely focused on data processing, any of the other languages have lots of other non-web related features.
Javascript will be handy for making certain things, like adding a textbox when clicking something, possible.

Data processing = storing and retrieving data from a database.

Tamil, you have asked this question, and similar questions already. Use the answers provided to continue your journey and stop asking the same question over again. There are tons of sites that explain in depth which languages you could start with, why and how to start with it. https://www.w3schools.com is in my opinion a great site for starting to learn everything you need to know about web development, but don't focus on the certifications, they aren't worth anything but pretty much everything else on the website is good content.

There is also stack overflow, an excellent site for troubleshooting issues you come across when learning programming languages.
