My System

I'm in the middle of my final year dissertation, and I've decided to explore the impact that the implementation of cascade encryption would have upon the security and usability of organisational data and systems.

To help justify the foundation of my proposal, I've decided it is vital to determine the current technologies employed in modern businesses. This is vital to determining the need (or lack of) for my proposal.

I'm ideally seeking responses from users who have a background in security - and are subsequently familiar with some of the concepts outlined, with a working knowledge of an existing business' security systems.

If you think you're suitable, please feel free to access the survey at Assessment of Security Landscape in Industry.

Any contributions will be kept anonymous and will not be traced back to you or your organisation - as I'm merely looking for general trends rather than commenting on individual results.

Any contribution would be of a huge help to me, and would be really appreciated!

Thanks.

PS: Apologies if this was posted to the wrong section. I didn't think it was quite suitable for the security section - feel free to move if I was wrong!
