Hey all,
Just wondering if it's theoretically possible to take an IT course from home then after completing it, finding an @home job in IT Technical Support?. I live in a smaller area and there is an online course available but there is no jobs in this field available in my area...

Thanks in advance for any tips.

Thanks for that thread, very informative. So I guess my idea is possible, but there just isnt very many people on this forum that can verify that its a good idea. Aside from that, the only way to see if it's possible is to try.

Since I am in a different industry right now other than IT, I only may look into this idea down the road, as a Plan B. If you couldn't work from home as an IT professional, I would definitely make the flight over to where ever and get serious with it and make my commutes.
