Hey everybody...iam going to school now and i have a simple question I took my class on a+ and Iam taking classes on net+ now.iam wondering if I take net+ exam before I take the a+ will be bigger jump ..because a lot if people take the a+ first as an entry level.and is that going to benefit me better in the future than a+ certification .thanks for the reply

No problem taking Net+ without A+. Next step after passing, Cisco Certification.

The A+ and the Net+ are both primarily starters so while no real benefit, there is also no real consequences.

I'd recommend taking both but no, the order does not matter. then as corday stated, Cisco or MS. ;)

Sorry, I was on vacation. As others have stated, you don't have to take A+ before Network+. But taking Network+ doesn't show employers that you've mastered what is in the A+... because Network+ isn't an advanced version of A+. So I'd recommend getting both certifications; the more you can set yourself ahead of your competition, the better.
