Hi -

Remove Daemon Tools/ Alcohol 120. sptd.sys named in some dumps -

https://www.sysnative.com/drivers/driver.php?id=sptd.sys

Run HDD diags - https://www.techsupportforum.com/2828431-post7.html

If HDD checks out, remove NIS/ N360 - it was named probable cause.

Use removal tool - https://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN146

Reboot upon completion. Install Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE)

Regards. . .

it would seem that there may be other problems, I'm convinced that it's a hardware issue but I'd like to make sure, I'm attaching a new report.

I ran by your instructions once more to check if I had missed anything but I'm still getting a large amount of BSOD's.

I followed those instructions but they apparently only solved part of the problem because I've had many more BSOD's, I'm attaching a report that I've created just a couple of minutes ago, hopefully they show something new.

Hi -

You are seeing actual Blue Screens or is the system just rebooting?

I don't see any evidence of recorded BSODs, but the Event Viewer shows many sudden shutdowns -

Heat may be an issue. Clean system out with compressed air; check temps - https://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php

Speccy doesn't seem to run for more than a couple of seconds before it crashes, and I've already cleaned my system out with compressed air, I thought heat may have been an issue but my fan is running fine, and I also have a second (external) fan.

memtest came out fine I ran it for each RAM and I tested both slots, that's ruled out I guess. I attached the Prime torture test result to this post, I don't know what to make of it.
