Mistake

Hi, I have a BSOD that I do not manage to solve.
It also seems to be linked to Kernel-Power 41 (63) critical error.

Below are the element you've aksed to provide.
Thanks in advance for your time and support.

Happy new years with tons of solutions...

Kernel-Power 41 simply means the PC was powered down manually either by the user unplugging the power or pushing the reset power button.

I ran 7 of the dumps all show being caused by NETIO.SYS which is a Windows networking driver, it appears to me it's calling for a stop because of interference from your Emsisoft Firewall program(fwwfp764.sys), try disabling it and using windows firewall.

Hello,

And thanks for your diagnostic, it helped me a lot.
I actually submitted it to Emsisoft support, and here is what I got:

“It is a well-known issue with a Microsoft driver bug. The BSOD is caused by the Windows component netio.sys.
Please uninstall Emsisoft Internet Security and reboot your computer twice.
Then please install the Microsoft hotfix from https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2958399/.
Now please reinstall Emsisoft Internet Security with your existing license key.”

So far I got no BSOD since I did the change.
I’ll let you know if it comes again, but I hope not.
