Hi -

The dumps appear mostly RAM related. However, if you have an SSD, it would be a good candidate as well.

Run memtest86+ - https://www.techsupportforum.com/2863029-post5.html

If you have an HDD, run HDD diags - - https://www.techsupportforum.com/2828431-post7.html

If you have an SSD, check for a firmware upgrade.

Hey so I ran the memtest86+ on the usb boot option and on test 8 of the second pass a load of red items were popping up. Then after the 2nd pass the error count increased rapidly. So what does this mean I have to do now?

Thanks so much for doing this by the way.

That is telling you there is a bad stick of ram in the laptop.

The next step to find out which one would be to remove 1 stick and test only the other, then swap the sticks to test the first one removed.
This Video will only show 1 stick but the second one will be in what is the empty slot in the video.

SO do I take one card out, then boot the usb drive program and see if the same errors come up?
