Hey guys,
I got this pretty new laptop on December,
and I'm experiencing a desperate BSOD when I try to shut down the laptop.
There is no bluescreen issues at all while running,
but 8 out of 10 times when I try to shut it down,
I get this problem...

It's Dell Inspiron M5110
AMD A8-3500M Quadcore processor
AMD Radeon HD 6620G
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Hi tkdghk0831, BSOD's can be caused by missing and/or corrupt drivers, registry errors, hardware/software changes, bad RAM, and pending updates. And from what I've read it might be an update that is needed. Start with the basics, make sure there are no pending updates if so, download them and install them. Check to see if problem persists afterwards. You may want to download this handy tool;

Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files.

It will help you better understand the origin of the BSOD.

Thanks guys,

I searched for an update on Device Manager, and I figured
my laptop actually had two display adapters in it

Radeon HD 6620G
Radeon HD 6470M

And one of them needed updated.

After that, I didn't have any more bluescreen on my laptop:)
