Hi, all.
I have a problem....Houston...
The problem is that the Dell Optiplex 7020 machine won't start anymore at all.
There is a yellow light flickering on the power button, the fan is working, but the machine isn't starts.
I've tried to power it off from the power supply, tried to push the power button for a 10-15 secs, there is no bios battery seen on the mother board, so I couldn't reset the bios, but it's seems that this wouldn't help either.
If there someone has heard about a similar problem, I would appriciate some help, cause, waithing for the tech. supporter can take weeks (the machine is placed in a hospital), and by then we are without a working computer.
Thanks a lot in advance.
Best regards...

It sounds to me like the power supply is likely in the dying process, at least if the power button is actually flickering, and not blinking/slowly turning on and off, which is a technique often used to indicate a specific problem. If it's blinking, then see at least some of the results from this search: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=Dell+Optip...r+button+blink. The blink codes are mentioned on Dell's own support forums and in some of their documentation.

Thanks for the reply britechguy...
Thanks, I've seen the videos, and it seems like it's a hardware problem... It's asking for opening the machine, and change the slots of the memory sticks. It's impossible to do that, we have to ask tech supporter of the hospital to do that.
In a few weeks I'll write if the problem was solved, and I'll ask them what was the problem... I'll post the problem. Thanks again for the quick reply.
Best regards.
