hello everyone, I have been getting an occasional BSOD on my business PC. I have included my mini dump files as well as info given to me from a program called bluescreenview showing the cause. Any help at fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated

Hi -

The most recent BSOD named ATI video as the probable cause; the other 2 -

Bugcheck = 0x124 = WHEA = Machine check exception; usually hardware failure.

Info on 0x124 - https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...-what-try.html

System uptimes are interesting - the last 2 BSODs both occurred at 13.5/7 seconds after boot-up -
Code:
System Uptime: 0 days 20:32:39.938
System Uptime: 0 days 0:00:13.712
System Uptime: 0 days 0:00:13.525
That leads me to believe that a boot driver may be responsible, like sptd.sys (Daemon Tools/ Alcohol 120) or asacpi.sys.

Update Asus ATK0110; remove sptd.sys; see if update available for ATI -
Code:

ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005 (42476C4C)
sptd.sys Sun Oct 11 16:55:14 2009 (4AD24632)
atikmpag.sys Tue Mar 08 23:17:42 2011 (4D76FF66)
http://sysnative.com/0x1/DriverReference.html#sptd.sys
http://sysnative.com/0x1/DriverReference.html#ASACPI.sys
http://sysnative.com/0x1/DriverReference.html#atikmdag.sys

You have Avast, AVG and Lavasoft Ad-Aware installed.

Remove all 3 with manufacturer's removal tool - https://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN146

Reboot after each removal. When all 3 are gone, install MSE - https://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

See if BSODs persist.

Regards. . .
