I'm not sure of the format of asking a question in this forum, so If I do anything wrong please take into account that I just registered.

Anyway I've been having tons of BSODs since I got this computer, and I've tried reformatting the hard drive, reinstalling Windows 7 etc.
I've also tried rearranging the ram, but nothing I've tried completely stops the BSODs. Another thing I've noticed is every browser I use crashes randomly for no reason. Such as Firefox, IE, Chrome, Opera. They all crash for no reason at all. Even when I'm only using one tab.

This desktop computer was purchased on Costco.com and ZT Systems was the custom pc builder. The product# if needed is ZT-MS7696. SKU: SS-DAF1417.

Specs are as follows from CPU-Z:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1
CPU: AMD A8-3850 APU wih HD Radeon Graphics

Motherboard: MSI A75MA-G55(MS-7696)
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. Version: V1.0B6 Date: 09/21/2011

Memory: Crucial DDR3 4x4GB(16GB total) PC3-10700(667 MHz)
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 6570 with 512MB
APU has a 6550D on chip graphics card with 1024MB(pulled this up myself)
Hard Drive: 2TB (7200 RPM) Hard Drive

I have bluescreenview and noticed that ntoskrnl.exe was the cause of many problems including Memory Management, Bad POOL Header, PFN List Corrupt... I'm tech savvy when it comes to building a computer as well as troubleshooting most issues, but when it comes to BSOD I usually use google. I've read elsewhere about validating drivers and honestly I don't really want to go through hundreds of configurations in order to crash my computer. If more information is required just let me know.

Hey guys I recently got a computer and I've gotten numerous BSODs.
As for when it happens, it's kind of random, some days I have no trouble at all other days it happens dozens of times.

I'm not sure how to attach my dmp files, so if you can walk me through it, would greatly appreciate.

Hello, and welcome to Tech Support Forum.

Please do not start duplicate threads for the same problem.

If you follow the steps in the blue screen instructions, they should help you to upload the full reports. Once you have the files collected and compressed to a .zip file, scroll down in your thread and click the Go Advanced button. In the new message box that opens, you will see a paperclip icon next to your smiley face icon. Use the paperclip icon to attach the .zip file.

Recommendations:
Crashes may be due to your display card software.
AODDriver2.sys Thu Apr 5 03:23:37 2012 (4F7D6499)
AMD Overdrive; also in EasyTune6 for Gigabyte motherboard [br] Known BSOD issues in Win7

Try to install your AMD drivers without the Catalyst Control Center/Vision Engine Control Center software. Download the version of AMD drivers that you want to install, and then do the following steps.
  • Start the installation program to install your drivers and AMD software. When you get to the option to Express/Custom install, cancel the installation. Your drivers should now exist in C:\AMD\Support\xx-x_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc where the x's replace your version number of the driver software.
  • Uninstall all AMD software related to your graphics card by uninstalling AMD Catalyst Install Manager in Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program
  • If AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed, use the following method to uninstall the graphics drivers:
    1. Click Start Menu
    2. Right Click My Computer/Computer
    3. Click Manage
    4. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
    5. Expand Display adapters
    6. Do the following for each adapter (in case you have multiple display cards)
      • Right click the adapter
      • Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
      • Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
    Alternatively:
    1. Login as an adminstrative user
    2. Click Start Menu
    3. Click Control Panel
    4. Click Hardware and Sound
    5. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
    6. Expand Display adapters
  • Restart your computer.
  • Re-install your drivers from the C:\AMD\Support\xx-x_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc folder. See You cannot install a device driver by using its installation program in Windows Vista and scroll down for steps to manually install the driver.

The following is for information purposes only. My recommendations were given above. The drivers that follow belong to software or devices that were not developed by Microsoft.
