OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

I have been getting a BSOD randomly for the past few days now, kinda getting fed up.

и OS - Vista/ Windows 7 ? Windows 7 Ultimate
и x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
и What was original installed OS on system? Windows 7 Home
и Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Full retail
и Age of system (hardware) 1 year
и Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? 2 weeks

и CPU - Pentium dual core e5300
и Video Card - onboard geforce 7050
и MotherBoard - MCP73VT - PM (emachines mobo)
и Power Supply - brand & wattage - Delta electronics 250w

и System Manufacturer - Emachines
и Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) - none available.

Thank you so much for helping me!

Thanks for your quick reply and assistance. I have installed the updated (7.050) realtek driver for my nic card and will report back if I have anymore BSOD crashes.

Only thing that troubles me is teamviewer.exe shows up as a cause for one of them in your post, should I uninstall that as well or is that more than likely a "false positive" because teamviewer relies so heavily on the ethernet driver? I guess I shall wait and see if I get anymore BSOD's with teamviewer installed, I use it heavily for controlling my desktop from my laptop and also providing troubleshooting assistance to my family that is spread across the country and woefully computer illiterate.

TeamViewer was listed as a process under which a BSOD occurred; not as the cause. I don't believe T/V is involved in the crashes, rather an innocent bystander. I have W7 x64 and use T/V without any problems.

Please make sure you have the most recent version installed - https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/index.aspx

The 1st dump listed Realtek, but I see it was updated by BSOD #2 -
Code:
Rt64win7.sys Wed Nov 23 10:00:40 2011 (4ECD0A98)
Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:13 2009 (49A65B0D)
#2 listed Microsoft networking related driver tcpip.sys, which is a default.

Run - https://www.techsupportforum.com/foru...ed-473665.html
