Hi,
bsod often appear in my notebook, and after I find out this was due to the ntoskrnl.exe, I've been browsing for a solution but have not gotten a satisfactory answer. please help solve my problem,
here I attach the minidump file that causes bsod.

I've already done the steps from 1 to 5,
but step into the 4 ""Run a System Health Report - save in HTML (the default file extension) format: START | type perfmon / report - a viewer will Appear. Save as an HTML file.""can not be saved because the file does not have the words that appear (blank/empty file),

did I ever install folder lock, but it's been a long time I uninstall this software with revo uninstaller, I believe the software folder lock has been erased from my notebook clean, so what do I do next, thanks for your answer very quickly, ...
